Analytic Geometry week of 3/2/15

This week in geometry, we will be finishing up Unit 4's lessons, which will include completing imaginary and complex numbers concepts (by dividing), and then moving on to how to represent radicals by using rational exponents, and vice versa.  The test for Unit 4 is scheduled (after adjusting for all of the weather days) for Tuesday, March 10th, after a day of review on Monday, March 9th.  This week's schedule looks a little more specifically like this:

Mon 3/2 - Complex conjugates & dividing complex numbers

Tues 3/3 - Review of exponent rules learned in previous math classes; then applying those rules to rational exponents

Wed 3/4 - More rational exponents and how they represent radical expressions

Thurs 3/5 - Converting and operating on radical expressions and rational exponents

Fri 3/6 - Rational & Irrational numbers; putting it all together

As always, please see the tab above, Class Notes and Handouts, for any additional copies of presentations, guided notes, practice problems, homework, handouts, etc. you may need!
