Analytic Geometry week of 4/27/15

This week, we'll be finishing up our super short Unit 7 on Probability by looking at mutually exclusive vs inclusive events, independent vs dependent events, and conditional probability, wrapping it up by having our test on Friday 5/1/15.  The schedule should go something like this:

Mon 4/27 - Mutually exclusive vs Inclusive events & their probabilities

Tues 4/28 - Independent vs Dependent events & their probabilities

Wed 4/29 - Compound Events & their probabilities

Thur 4/30 - Review

Fri 5/1 - Unit 7 Test

Analytic Geometry week of 4/13/15

This week, we'll reveiw circles that we leearned before spring break, learn about parabola equations, analyzing them, graphing them, and writing equations for them, and then start to review fir the unit 6 test, which is next Tuesday, 4/21/15.  The schedule this week should go:

Mon 4/13 - Circles Review

Tues 4/14 - Parts of a Parabola & Graphing

Wed 4/15 - Writing Equations of a Parabola from a graph or from given information

Thurs 4/16 - more, because that was a lot!

Fri 4/17 - Converting forms of Parabolas and Circles
